Dal pakwan is a classic Sindhi (a small region in India) breakfast which is not only filling, satisfying but super delicious. I presented this classic Sindhi delicacy into a chat. Dal Pakwan chat packs a punch in aroma, flavors as well as textures. It’s packed with flavors from the crunchy pakwan topped with delicious dal, chutneys, onion, tomato and sev. Panipuri is famous Indian street food and one of my favorite. There are so many flavors at the same time like tangy, spicy, salty, and sometimes sweet! And the texture ahh!! When Crunchy puris, filled with tangy, spicy most flavorful water goes in your mouth, all the different textures, flavors explode in your mouth and it’s so delicious wanting to eat more and more… Have you tried it?
