Ervilhas Cozidas à Portuguesa, is a very traditional Portuguese flavor, compose by peas, eggs, and spicy pork sausage. After de pees are cook, break the eggs on top. After 3 or 4 minutes the eggs yolks are cover with an opaque film and the whites are set. Put fresh coriander and serve at once. The magic is created by Sal e Limão.
